First of all, vitamin B-12 is a vitamin that keeps your nervous system working and is only needed if you don’t eat enough meat or dairy products or have a gastro-intestinal problem. Come on Roger, taking one look at it it’s pretty damn obvious that steak and ice cream are consumed regularly. I think that arthritis rub was a much better defense personally.
