When life throws you tragedy in the form of a sports loss… what better way to express your disappointment than to burn your own things:

An Albanian fishmonger set fire to his van in a burst of anger after the national soccer team lost to the visiting Dutch side, and firefighters failed to extinguish the blaze because someone had stolen their water.

See now, I’m not sure how to rate this. One one hand, this guy is a total idiot. In America, when we get pissed we burn OTHER PEOPLE’S vehicles… sometimes couches… but never your own things. On the other hand of course, it is much more considerate to destroy your own things. That and who could have called the fire department showing up sans water; that was really quite the plot twist. For creativity… I give him a C+… for execution I give him an F-.
