Good bad news Dodger fans, David Wells is officially yours to deal with. On the negative side of things, Wells hasn’t help opponents under a .290 batting average since 2004 or thrown a complete game since 2003. Also, during his entire career he has a higher ERA, WHIP and batting average against are higher in the second-half of the season.
The good news of course is that it’s not as if Boomer needs any time to get into “shape”. Drink ‘em if you’ve got ‘em.
