“Canadian regulators” recently told newly signed Blue Jay Frank “Big Hurt” Thomas that they were pulling his commercial that promotes the Jays’ 2007 season because he beats the living crap out of some kid in the commercial.

Okay, that’s probably going too far, but here it is in a nutshell:

Thomas walks in to a bedroom where two boys are jumping on a bed and having a pillow fight, and one of the boys playfully swats him with a pillow.

Grinning the entire time, Thomas grabs the pillow and swings it mightily like a baseball bat at the boy, sending him flying off the bed and on to the floor in an explosion of feathers.

I don’t know.. I think the whole ‘adult in some random kid’s bedroom’ deal is much more disturbing than some kid getting the sense knocked out of him in pillow-related violence.
