Something a little closer to home, I think its absolutely hilarious that the Sonics ownership thinks they have the city of Seattle’s cash and prizes in a vice grip.
This is especially funny since after watching the Sonics lose by 41 points last night.. at home. Because I am certain that the best way to convince fans, in any city, to pay for a new arena is to just sit on your hands and let the season spiral on down the flusher. There are two problems with the thought process behind the Seattle Sonics’ ownership right now:
- They are not the Cleveland Indians
- Oklahoma City is not in Florida
- This is real life, not the motion picture known as Major League
- I can’t count
