Anyone who listens to Mike and Mike in the morning knows that Mike Golic has a new love interest in his life: Brady Quinn. Mike happened to comment on Brady’s “pythons”, and on his day off Greenie took over, establishing Golic’s official man crush, but nothing is official until it appears on wikipedia:

On March 21, 2007 Golic was named President of the “Brady Quinn” fan club. He is quoted saying “this is the greatest day of my entire life! My wedding day and the birth of my children are a close second, but this completes my life long goal. There is nothing I would rather do that touch those steal pythons. I just want Brady to know that he is my Hero Baby”

You know, its funny though, reading through Golic’s wikipedia page, I saw nothing about The Lighter Side of Sports… the sports blooper show that I used to watch at like 3:00am when I was growing up… a show that pretty much still, to this day, does not allow me to see Golic as a serious sports analyst, but I can see Golic drooling all over Brady Quinn’s pythons. But what would touchdown Jesus say?
