Its time for the Pac-10 tourney, and for that I decided to take a crack at the bracket.. call it a warm up for the big game. So before you say anything, I know, I know…it’s a tad bit biased. But as a Coug’ fan I’m not going against them just yet. In a tournament, with games being played on consecutive days, I really think that this is where WSU’s style of play can really shine. If they can hold UCLA to 53 points on two or three days rest, what do you suppose they could do to them after two straight days of games? Actually, UCLA was only held below 60 points three times this season, twice by WSU and once in the final regular season game against UW. Honestly, I think Arizona may even be able to give them a run for their money if UCLA plays like they did against UW. But I still say UCLA goes to the final, but I say WSU wins it because UCLA is already looking past the game, and into the NCAAs and WSU’s defense combined with the fact that they desperately want to win this tournament make the Cougs a nice pick to win it all.
