I am of course talking about the Iona Gaels. What… you maybe thought I was talking about Peyton and the Colts? First off, nothing changed last night. Anyone who says that Peyton is a better QB after winning the Super Bowl is a moron. Peyton is the same QB that he was last year when the Colts were labeled choke artists. By the way… anyone else wondering how Edge is feeling about all of this? I sure hope the money was worth it.

So back to the Gaels. After losing all 22 of their first 22 games, the Gaels became the last team in college hoops to record a win after beating Rider over the weekend. It was getting close too, had they not beaten Rider they would have only had six games left to get that big W.

So forget the Bears and forget the Colts, cause the true test of an athlete’s character is when the s— hits the fan, and even though they aren’t going to be making much at all of the 2006-2007 season, at least they won a game, and hell, maybe they’ll even win two!
