It gets harder and harder to be a CSU Ram fan when the only time the school makes headlines is when an alumnus does or says something utterly stupid. If its not Bradlee Van Pelt being Bradlee Van Pelt, then you know it must be Joey Porter being Joey Porter. Honestly, sometimes I wonder what people think of CSU when Porter is the most visible and vocal alumnus. But Joey did not mean to offend anyone this time… except of course Kellen Winslow, Jr:

“That’s what fags do,” the often outspoken Porter said. “He’s soft. He wants to be tough, but he’s really soft.”

You know, I can totally understand why the gay community might be upset about an insensitive remark like that; I would’t want to be grouped together with Kellen Winslow, Jr. either. That’s cold blooded.
