What the hell happens now?
Okay, I guess I am writing this less than 8 hours from the release of the final BCS standings but I honeslty have no idea who will be in the title game. I assume it will be Florida because the voters seem to not be all that thrilled with a rematch, however ther computers have taken a liking to Michigan (as all intellignet beings have and should).
So the great debate, that will be anwered later today is: should the championship game feature the second-best team in the land (Michigan), or should a new team get a shot at the title (Florida). Either way you vote, someone gets the shaft… wow, I guess this is like a presendital election in a way. Especially when you consider the shameful lobbying that has been done on Florida’s behalf by Urban Meyer for weeks now, and the unprofessional attempts at biasing opinion done in last night’s broadcast by Gary Danielson.
But as one of the two supposedly professional, allegedly unbiased announcers for a national network, to openly shill for the team that just happens to be in the conference whose games are televised by the network that pays your check is totally bush [league]. - M Go Blog
