I can’t imagine ever putting my foot as far into my mouth as Brian Kinchen, announcer for ESPNU did. In the clip, take the time to really soak in one of the most awkward silences you will ever experience, although to be fair to Brian’s partner in the booth, I’m not really sure if it is possible at all to gracefully transition from “that’s kind of gay.”
I bet if you were in the booth you could actually taste the awkwardness… and it probably tasted like chicken.
