Brady probably should have followed in his little brothers footsteps. Yesterday Brady Leaf and the Oregon Ducks lost to brother Ryan’s alma mater 34-23 in the Palouse. Now, I know I am not a Coug’ yet, and I will find out officially if that plan is financially feasible, but since my girlfriend is a Coug’ and I have been officially accepted to Wazzu, I am going ahead and will start singing the praises of my future alma mater.

One thing is for sure, the Cougars have a very good football team, especially when it comes to defense. Not only did they nearly upset the third ranked USC Trojans at home, they also beat Oregon and held Cal to 21 points with a bend, but not break defense. Consider that WSU is eighth in the conference in yards allowed per game, however despite a 14-40 loss to Auburn they are third in points allowed per game.

That being said let’s just hope that Brady took the loss a little better than this…
