Ah the Cincinnati Bungles. If they gave points for arrests the Bengals would already have the Super Bowl wrapped up. So far this preseason, five different Bengals players have been arrested or cited for one reason or another in the past three months.
Wide receiver Chris Henry is setting the bar for teammates and fans with four arrests since December. He is averaging more than one arrest every three months to compliment his 7.4 yards per reception from last season. The latest arrest came over the weekend as guard Eric Steinbach was arrested for boating under the influence.
Interestingly enough, on the heels of that news story came a press release that the Bengals are setting up a hotline for fans in the stadium to report unruly behavior to stadium security. I wonder if that includes on-field behavior?

[…] So yesterday I talked about how all the Cincinnati Bengals seem to keep getting arrested one by one. Now I am starting to think it may just be the local status quo. […]
