Uuggh. Not good.
Not just the fact that the Sharks have to fight to stay alive now… but also since San Jose and it’s fans do not look good at all after some fans booed “O Canada” in the pregame of game 5. I know Americans would be pretty angry if Edmonton fans did the same (and will be when they boo “The Star-Spangled Banner” this time around). I wonder how soon after they boo that we start the invasion?
The real ironic twist on it all… on the Sharks roster they have 4 American born players, and 16 Canadian born players (including Patrick Marleau, Joe Thornton, and Jonathan Cheechoo to name a few).
So thank you fans who booed… make us look bad and stupid at the same time.
